Marlene Höbel-Allißat,
M.Sc. psychologist and psychotherapist in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
My work as a psychologist and therapist is grounded in trust, openness, and humor, aiming to provide a non-judgmental and safe space where you feel genuinely seen and understood. Specializing in mindfulness, stress management, managing depression and burn-out, inner focus, decision-making, relationships, and more, I empower individuals to live authentically and thrive mentally, in everyday life, in business, and in sports. I particularly excel in helping competitive athletes handle pressure to perform and unlock their full potential. I believe that the mental side is just as crucial as the mechanical aspects in any discipline, whether it's sports or business.

Sports psychology support for athletes in competitive and elite sport
Originally from the heart of Germany, I spent six formative years in Frankfurt am Main pursuing my studies before making Munich my home since 2019. Here, I undertook practical training in cognitive behavioral therapy until end of 2022, contributing to my proud 10-year educational journey and 6 years of professional and practical experience as a psychologist and psychotherapist. Since beginning of 2024 I started my path into sports psychology and high performance coaching with athletes and their teams. Alongside my professional pursuits, I've cultivated a lifelong passion for sports, including tennis, running, cycling, weightlifting, and yoga, which continue to energize and enrich my daily life. As I am interested in mindfulness myself, I practice Vipassina meditation daily.
