Why psychological coaching?

Clients come to me for coaching for a variety of reasons. Some feel overwhelmed or stressed. Others have relationship problems, difficulties raising children or are confronted with major life changes. Many seek advice to boost their self-esteem and confidence or to prevent or overcome work-related challenges such as burnout. Others are on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery and are looking for guidance or support. The desire to improve communication skills or resolve conflicts are also common reasons for seeking coaching from me.

How does it work?

In psychological coaching, I help you with a solution-oriented approach. A clear clarification of goals forms the basis of coaching. I will always offer you external perspectives to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths, weaknesses and behavioral patterns. You will also receive practical guidance and tools to help you overcome your challenges and develop new skills. I will encourage you to reflect on your experiences and learn from your mistakes.

Results

While I cannot guarantee specific results, I can report on the impact my work has had on my clients. Many of them report increased self-awareness, improved coping skills and better communication. Others have gained clarity about their life goals while boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem. For many, coaching has helped them to solve problems better and make better decisions. Overall, most of my clients have noticed an improvement in work-life balance, resilience and wellbeing.

Process

Our collaboration is flexible and tailored to your individual needs and goals. It ranges from a single 45-minute session to a comprehensive plan that spans 3 to 12 months, with a total of 6 to 12 sessions. This approach ensures that we have the time and structure to realistically pursue your goals.
